Craig Savoye was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey and raised in California and Connecticut. He has had careers in journalism, government, business, public relations, and academia. He was a staff writer for the Christian Science Monitor in Boston, an intelligence officer, a corporate relations officer for a mainframe computer company in Silicon Valley, a public information officer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California and an Assistant Professor of Mass Communication at Principia College in Illinois. In addition to the books featured on this website, he has written 13 screenplays, four novels, and a second children’s picture 

book. He has three adult children; he and his wife live in Kentucky.
